Will my items be safe? Is Vault Valet Storage Vancouver secure?
Yes, security is a top priority of Vault Valet Storage Vancouver. Our unique solid-concrete and windowless buildings equipped with bulletproof and fireproof doors have been described as ‘fortress-like.’ Additional security features include the security fence with security gate, monitored alarm system, video surveillance, and our strict Valet Access Policy (restricting building access to verified keyholders during business hours). We have over 20 years of demonstrated safe & secure storage!
What sizes are available?
Vault Valet Storage offers a variety of sizes to cover every storage need from half-closets to full shipping containers. Indoors we offer a range of sizes from our mini lockers that measure 3′ x 3′ x 4′ tall up to our 2-Bedroom Apartment lockers that measure 6′ x 12′ x 10′ tall (and every size in between). Outdoors we offer sizes from 4.5′ x 8′ x 8′ tall up to 8′ x 20′ x 8′ tall in our sealed and insulated container drive-up units.
How do I know how much space I need/ what size to rent?

Do I need an indoor or an outdoor storage space?
Deciding between an indoor and outdoor space can depend on items being stored and access needed. Our outdoor units have optional extended access hours (6am – 10:30pm 7 days/ week) with a FOB key rental; where our indoor units have restricted access during business hours only (and require reception check-in). Electronics and furniture items for example, are best stored in our indoor units; where building materials, equipment & machinery etc. are best suited for outdoor spaces. Is there an extra charge to access to my storage locker?
No, There is absolutely no extra charge or hidden fees. You can access to your storage locker freely 6 days a week during our hours of operation.
When are the hours of operation?
8:30am – 5:00pm weekdays and 9am – 5pm Saturdays for indoor units and optional extended hours of 6am – 10:30pm 7 days/ week for outdoor units with FOB key rental.
Is there a minimum rental period?
No, you can rent on a month-to-month basis and stay as long or as little as you like at Vault Valet Storage. Your rented space is yours to keep (indefinitely) until you no longer need it. Discounts, however, apply to 6 and 12 month rentals.
Are moving carts or dollies provided on site?
Yes, we supply dollies for customer use on site.
I need help to move my stuff to your facility, can you help me?
Yes, we can! We work as partners with a few well-established moving companies that can help you with your move.
Which items are not allowed to be stored?
It is prohibited to store any hazardous or toxic materials (fuel / gasoline), illegal goods, explosives, highly flammable materials, lithium batteries, perishable foods or any other goods which may cause danger or damage to the rental space. No living organism or any dead animal or other carcass. The customer agrees that personal property and rental space shall not be used for any unlawful purpose and not to store property with a total value in excess of $15,000.
